Career Coaching for Creative Professionals and Multi-Passionate Entrepreneurs

Your complete guide to career coaching for creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and multi-passionate people building portfolio careers that honor all your interests.

You’re Not "All Over the Place." You’re Just Getting Started

You've been googling career advice at 2 am. Again. Maybe you're stuck in a corporate job when you have a creative degree gathering dust. Maybe you're juggling three side projects and can't figure out which one to focus on, so you focus on none of them. Or maybe you just... don't fit.

Every career coach, boss, or well-meaning family member you've talked to says the same thing: "You need to specialize. Just pick a lane."

But what if you don't want to pick? What if your strength IS doing multiple things? What if the "problem" isn't your ability to focus, but the fact that the traditional career rulebook wasn't written for a brain like yours?

Here is the truth: You’re not broken.

You are likely a Creative Generalist, a multipotentialite, or a scanner. You have a superpower, the ability to see connections others miss, and the versatility to thrive in many areas. The only thing holding you back is advice that doesn't fit how you think, work, or dream.

That’s exactly what this hub is for.

I’m Murielle Marie, and I’ve been coaching creative generalists for years. After working with hundreds of clients, I've learned that the struggle isn't your multiple interests, it's the pressure to cut them off. This hub contains everything I wish someone had told me when I was trying to figure out my own unconventional path.

I've organized everything into clear sections so you can find exactly what you need:

  • New to career coaching? Start with the basics.

  • Completely stuck? Head to the clarity and decision-making section.

  • Ready to make a change? Jump to career transitions.

  • Want to work together? Explore my coaching options.

If you've read this far, you're probably wondering what it's actually like to work with me.

Here's the honest version: Career coaching with me isn't about personality tests or being told what to do. It's about designing a career that honors all of who you are, not just the parts that fit neatly on a resume.

Frequently Asked Questions about Career Coaching for Creative Professionals

  • Therapy focuses on healing the past; coaching focuses on building the future. While we definitely talk about feelings and blocks, our goal is action and forward momentum.

  • My packages vary depending on the level of support you need. I believe in transparency, so we discuss investment upfront during our clarity call. Think of it as investing in an asset (you) that will pay dividends for the rest of your working life. My clients all walk away with tangible career changes that make up for the initial investment fast. I am confident that, if you do the work, that will be the case for you as well.

  • You can figure it out yourself. But you’ve probably been trying to do that for a while. Coaching collapses the timeline. It turns years of spinning your wheels into months of traction, and fast results thanks to the insights you gain from working with a career coach that has been in this industry coaching creative professionals for over a decade.

  • Absolutely not. My entire methodology is built around not picking one thing if that doesn't serve you. We look for the "glue" that connects your interests, rather than asking you to give up on parts of yourself. However, if picking is what you want to do, I have proven frameworks that will help you gain the clarity you have been missing until now.

  • That is literally my favorite place to start. "I don't know" is usually code for "I'm afraid to admit what I want" or "I have too many options." We can work with both, and when we really dive into things, the clarity that emerges is powerful!
